I know the Club is actively talking to 4 players one we previously courted, so i suppose that is where the money will go well some of it anyway.
It’s good money, he’s decent but we can replace him with better for less. I’m not sure he’ll crack the pl just yet. A decent Rb will keep him quiet as we saw last night. However I said liverpool wouldnt win anything with Andy Robertson in their side…….so klp will win the ballon d’Or
£20/23m for KLP..... Take it and run. Good luck to the lad but I think we are getting the better side of the deal
Acun came out and said he rejected a £20m bid from Wolves a few days ago, so would seem odd to accept this one
Good stuff, that makes him a top 15 championship fee received. Mental considering where he’s at in his development
Either way it's still a great deal for us. I hope he proves me wrong, but I don't think he's a prem player ATM. The standard of player he's going to play week in week out ( if they have signed him to be a starter ) will deal with him easily imo
I agree considering he’s pushing for it can hardly complain at Tan/Acun, he’s been offered silly money to stay and isn’t interested. Great deal all around
The one thing that's been annoying is that it feels like he's been pushing for a move for ages now. Even the year we went down, his agent was hawking him everywhere. He's playing for his hometown team, so enjoy it and the move was coming regardless The irony of how daft money is in this country is we could trigger Guler's release clause. If we were in the PL, I'm sure we'd do it.
I don't think we'd interest him, he's being looked at by much bigger clubs. Even with Acun, not sure we could get that one done.
Anything north of £15 million is good business for us. I’m not convinced he’s ready but we move on. Hopefully we can invest that money in tying down Greaves, upgrading our facilities and signing a young, talented defensive midfielder.
