I'm sure there is more to come. We will spend decent money on the right type of player.
Absolutely

23k rings a bell, but not certain about that.
It could be 26k tbh, I might be thinking of the previous seasonReally?? I thought it was closer to 26k but can’t find anything when I’m searching
I think Hume could be a quality player for us, think him and Cirkin could become 2 very good Championship fullbacksAN really rates Hume I think he may get a decent run.
IMHO

Johnson was a good coach and the players seemed to like him. Neil is far better when it comes to the tactical side of the game and man management. We certainly struck gold with himThats a true manager who has full respect from his lads.
Weve come a long way since Johnson
Reminds me of Chris Waddle
I was talking to my father in law today who’s now housebound and telling him about Sunderland’s business so far I mentioned Jack Clarke and he asked who he was like. My first thought……..The Waddler! Looks lethargic and droopy legged and shoulders but then comes to life and can beat a man with ease. If he goes on to be half as good he’ll be a cracking addition
I was surprised him and Roberts didn't switch wings for 20mins or so last season. Both could cause problems on either side. It's actually a very good comparison now that you both mention - obviously in style rather than ability. It's interesting that we've predominantly seen him on the left so far but he could be equally as good on the right if not more so. I'm really excited to watch him develop with us over the next few years, though I wouldn't be shocked if he's so good next season that we can't keep hold of him.
It's the same one Monty wore in '73 just with a sponsorThe goalkeeper kit it so retro it’s almost as if our manufacturers have given up as they know they’ll lose the contract

Ohare is playing for Cov today, he was supposed to be with the Burnley Sq £33K p week don't believe this 45k p week it's
Way beyond our best pay packet
I fecking love Neil me. He comes across as a father figure to the young players in our team, and you can just tell theyll put everything on the line for him
By the team sheet AN is still very much interested in Hume so not sure he’s going to loan himNathan Byrne set to leave Derby, very highly rated RB.
I’d be more than happy if we were able to get him in and let T Hume go out on loan.
