Jack Clarke was so good for us towards the end of the season. Having the likes of him, Roberts, Pritchard & Embleton running at defenders was a joy to watch at times.
Hope they can carry it on in the championship.

After spending 12m on him 2years ago i can imagine Levy wouldnt have let him come cheap.

Great news on Clarke. I would love to coach him. He has a heck of a lot going for him and some rough edges to work on. I would bet he geta better and better under Alex Neil.
We have some great young talent in this squad. Cirkin, Huggins, Neil, Embo, Matete, Clarke, Patterson, Dajaku. It will be great to see how they all develop with us.

I think we have mate, since posting that ive read its on a permanent deal. Great news.

Only 1 year left on his deal at Spurs I think. I can see it being permanent and us paying a decent fee. Unless he signs again at Spurs and comes on loan, but I cant see that really. Spurs will want money in I think and wages gone. Might have a lower fee and heft sell on %.
Buy back clause of £12m+ probably.
Like the look of Matete also...think a pre season with Neil settling him & focussing him on whats needed....might see the young lad come flying out start of the season.
hes got loads of energy to lift games, plus with our attacking players liking to run at & behind him breaking up play could see us on the front foot in a lot of games.
I would still like to see us bring Camera in from Plymouth, the two of the fightvthat role out, evans ready from the bench when a calm head is needed

Diamond will be loaned out to a L1 team, think the Harrogate manager dropped that hint when he was asked about Diamond going back there. I want Gooch to focus on being a good RB, I think that'll be his best position (that and RWB) going forward
Delighted with Clarke signing on a permanent. It’s like KLD can read our wish lists - or should I say Speakman?
Great to see things working well. We sign some players on loan or on short term deals, it works out then we get them permanently/for longer. Speakman got some flak following January and the defence was maybe a gamble but since he's been here, on the incomings I'd say we've had more hits than misses.
