He is a good player. He’s a full England international. Compare him to Fraser, Murphy et al. He’s a massive upgrade.
He hasn’t played for one and a half of the last two seasons. If he’s not good enough for Man U then he isn’t good enough for us.

If the this and that means we don’t try to win every game then that’s fair enough. The art isn’t in improving what we have (that’s too easy) but in working as a Club towards our goal of trying to win every game and to do that you get the right players in (and that’s the hard bit). For me Lingard is better than what we have but not better than what we can (currently) get.
Tielemans would be the biggest steal of the century. Especially for the price being shouted. Just can't see it whatsoever, but would be incredible.
