If the this and that means we don’t try to win every game then that’s fair enough.

The art isn’t in improving what we have (that’s too easy) but in working as a Club towards our goal of trying to win every game and to do that you get the right players in (and that’s the hard bit).

For me Lingard is better than what we have but not better than what we can (currently) get.
Not sure if we want to sign someone with that attitude

England midfielder Jesse Lingard, 29, is willing to join Everton on a free transfer after leaving Manchester United - but only as a last resort. (Sun)

If there's two names amongst all the links I think are Howe's type it's Harrison and Broja.

Not sure Leeds will flog harrison though, so maybe lingard.

Right. Having just been shown Lingards TikTok dancing videos I have decided I don’t want him anywhere near our club.

Pretty awful stuff, but when he scores 10 goals next season you won't care.

Don't let the people on here tell you anything either because they argued until they were blue in the face that Joelinton couldn't control a ball not long ago.

I want to visit your planet someday.

When Joelinton played up front for a season and managed 3 goals, many fans thought he wasn't very good. His ability to do anything useful was rightly questioned. That's it.

It was clear to anyone with a basic understanding of the game that Joelinton had great ability and I pointed those abilities out.

I also firmly believe that he could yet score goals as a fwd in a 3.

Is it that unrealistic that we sign Diaby? Are any other clubs in for him?

I appreciate it might take 40 odd million but we can do that.
