It’s not a street, it’s a square. A big one. I very much doubt that a few tourists wandering by are intimidated or inconvenienced by a bloke with a placard.

To spend all those years shouting and crying incessantly over losing, and whining to people that have no intention of changing it suggests it'd be a kindness to offer him help with his mental health.

So the guy’s a bit of a saddo and an oddball, so what? If that’s a criminal offence, why aren’t you in gaol?
