I'm sorry but I really cannot stand the prick.
Why the hell is he a football pundit all of sudden? He's never had anything to do with football but lands a job worthy of Lineker. I'd even take Andy Gray over this twat.

There is a distinct lack of good presenters out there. Chiles the ugly sod must have got into bed with someone at ITV to get this role. I actually prefer the pundits on the radio....Alan Green is very good.

Townsend is the only thing that makes ITVs coverage bearable. The commentators are the worst thing.

Nobody can hold a candle to the BBCs coverage though. A brilliant argument for the license fee.

I find him far less annoying than the commentator. He always describes stuff like he is doing a voice over for an M&S commercial. Someone tell him that sometimes it is just a game of football not the best game since the beginning of time.

Clive Tyldesley or the co-commentator (whose name escapes me) ?

I like them both though, if you think he's bad then you should hear the Tigers Player commentator.

Clive Tyldesley. He seems to settle down as the games goes on. At times he likes to make everything into to a huge drama and everything is described with a superlative before it.

Tyldesley, the distinctly biased scouser and that dreadful Irish loving manure supporter that is Alan Green both drive me to distraction.

I used to like Adrian Chiles, not least because as a true supporter of the Baggies, he does/did talk some sense. He now seems though to have taken the term 'a miserable git' to a new level.

He's a ****. When Jamie Mackie broke both bones in his lower leg against Blackburn, potentially ending his career (the photo looked very similar to Luc Nilis), Diouf was stood over him taunting him about it. On the highlights programme that night Townsend was laughing about it, described him as a master WUM, and was amazed that Warnock had been upset about it.

I would second that, but I do have time for Claridge, he's seen the game at many levels, even down to being a manager...

I'm not too fond of arse, it tastes a bit funny to start with. Although I'd agree with your other options in that order, but replace arse with her mouth as second place.

He had 22 clubs, as he had to move every time they realised he was ****.

He only managed one club, and he only lasted 25 games, because Pompey realised he was **** at that too.(League record - W/5 D/8 L/9)

He had to keep moving to different clubs to stay ahead of the bookies, due to his gambling problems and the fact that when it came to betting, he was ****.

Then he went into punditry, where he has been equally ****.

    Did I mention that he's a talentless ****?

You just did. Personally I think he's great, was a brilliant player and manager can't understand why Pompey let him go, but I'm glad because now I get to watch more of him on telly!
