I am not getting excited I am not getting excited I am not getting excited I am not getting excited NURSE!!
He was at The Vale for some physio work with the WFA. Doesn’t mean he was meeting to discuss a move to the Bluebirds. Still we live on hope.
Also WOL using a photo of Bale assuming he’s arriving at The Vale in a left hand drive car with Spanish road signs. Very misleading. please log in to view this image
Hmm, sounds like something Masky would be saying after encountering you at the swimming baths.... What do we reckon... The chat with SM was just to confirm he was happy with our Gaz picking and choosing his games, or perhaps confirming where he'll sit in the dressing room as he wants his regular spot that he gets for Wales?
Picking his car parking slot, spot in the changing rooms, which games he plays, when he has time of for his coaching badges, when he'll be late for training as he's taking the kids to school. who cleans his boots and whatever else he wants. No problem.
Well done lads. Everything covered with excellent courses of action. Nothing much else to iron out other than a driver for him. Then we can all pitch in to make a wedge of dosh for the 19th.
Here's one we won't be getting - money obviously talks................ https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/61907524
Missed out on 2 players, besides Bale, who could have taken us up a level in Laurent and Wallace. Perhaps that speaks of how we are seen by the better players in this league and, of course, whatever money is on the table.
I think it's more about the money rather than the club Bluey - most professional players these day have a cash helix built into their DNA. CCFC has an awful lot to offer prospective players, but at the moment money isn't one of them. Bale's decision to come here (or not) will be based upon emotion unlike Swift, Laurent and Wallace who have chased the cash on offer from clubs like West Brom and Stoke.
I can imagine that footballing style, vision, other payers in the side, chances of success, etc, all play into the decision making when there's a 5 or 10% difference between offers on the table. When it becomes 50 or 100% its a different matter. Its likely the latter is the situation with us. Keeping fingers crossed that Morison's Jan transfer window success wasn't beginner's luck.
I think it's a mixture of all of the above. Plus the better championship players have already paid their dues and may not buy into the idea of being part of a new beginning at a club. In addition we have to remember the parasites who want a cut of the biggest available pie. Anyway, their loss. Bloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooobirds
Say it only wonce!!! Keep it hidden like ze Fallen Madonna with ze big boobies, ze jug with ze drug, and ze gateau from ze château.
