He really isn't anymore, I wouldn't be to upset at all if he left before the world cup, but he won't. We will have a poor world cup and then he'll go

I would argue he never has been. As a coach, he reminds of Solskjær at Man Utd. Both considered likeable blokes who created a positive feeling initially but at the end of the day, neither are/were qualified for the job and lack the tactical nous to get the best out of the players available.

He did well to get us as far as he did but a better coach would’ve seen those Croatia and Italy games out.

He peaked other teams are bringing in elite gaffers and we are going backwards

All over the place. A squad with this much talent shouldn’t be this disorganised. We have elite players and a bang average coach and to win a Euros or World Cup, we’ll need an elite coach.

They play 2/3 passes and they’re in our final third we play 20 and the centre halves still have it FFS. Southgate has been recognised by the Queen for this
