They are losing players on frees so the amount neves and de jong will be will be their priority. It'd be close on 200mil for 3 players of they got him.
Hilarious. Big ego thinking he is all that and ends up with just spurs half interested. The 6-8 months of pure rubbish with a few games st the end are not exactly enough to push the demand
Money is all they do have atm. They've been thoroughly mediocre - by the standards they set previously - for almost a decade now. There's a considerable hangover from their dominance of the PL, but the football world is slowly getting over it. No CL, nowhere near the level of the top 2, obvious problems with their structure and team morale which the new manager may or may not sort out. Unless they offer him a ****load of cash there's nothing to entice an ambitious top player to them if a better medium-term alternative exists.
We gonna be in for any midfielders then? I would say we've spent the budget on Nunez, but we were in for that Tcho bloke who cost a lot. Maybe there is an opportunity to spend more.
Day 5 in the big nunez house. Still no sign of an agreement but everyone is putting up their stocking by thr chimney just in case. Milk thinks nunez has ingrown toenail. Bumps this we are due a duff transfer anyway. Jb has forgotten lfc played benfica and that he got two views of the player. Sir Kenny wants Bellingham anyway
Lfc slush fund indications. A) record turnovers indicate a minimum of 60mil before sales to spend. B) rumoured sales. Williams 10-15mil, minamino 17mil. Mane 30mil, Phillips 10mil 72mil in. C) rumoured Ramsay fee of 4mil. 128mil. D) rumoured nunez fee 80mil leaves 48mil scope for cm.
Ffp rules are rules. You will have to work out all these jobbies based on stuff we don't actually know like the real terms of each transfer. We don't actually know how much Diaz cost nor if we paid over 2 or 3 years or all up front etc etc. So in the absence (really sad) of our good friend and financial mentor we will have to make do with the 110 mil losses over 3 years rule plus the net spend basics. We lost 4mil and 46mil last two years as we managed the old covid stuff. In fact we might even have better if we knew that the transfers will come from the new financial year and we are looking at 4mil loss. About 100mil profit and then this year. Anyway in the end.... I think we've the cash for another midfielder.
