Dajaku should be well rested, hes constantly been putting videos on Insta of various locations around the world, and hes currently soaking up the Sun on a Yacht. Id liked to have seen him start pre season early like some of the other lads considering he barely played at the end of last season. I hope he can show us his worth next season, because im still very much on the fence.
No he puts stuff like being on a Yacht on which is what he is currently doing now. Im not having a go at the lad, i just hoped after missing most of last season and signing a new contract hed have abit more fire in his belly to start pre season early. Its not as though he needs much of a break is it.
Someone must know who this is, a massive lads fan who used to be a journalist and now a footballer in Swiss league. Can’t be many.
Just because I didn't have a project on the go in the last quarter, doesn't mean I'm going to give up my holiday mind. I certainly wouldn't be giving it up because I'd been ill. He'll be in the gym or going for a run everyday regardless of what you see on social media. The club will have given him a programme to work with to build his weight and strength back throughout the summer.
I follow him on insta mate, this is about the 6th Hol hes had since May, its a different world to us having only 1 holiday booked and cancelling it. The likes of Patterson and Dan Neil have had their hols and making a start to get in shape next season. Dajaku needs that more than anyone with all the games he missed. Hopefully he shows his worth next season.
We're only on the 10th June mate. He's had 6 holidays in 2/3 weeks? That sounds like time off to me. The club will have given him a schedule and a return to work day. If he returns out of shape, he'll be fined. The days of footballers coming back a stone overweight for pre-season are long gone. I don't think it's fair to criticise the lad for doing exactly what he's agreed with the club.
I know its early still, i dont mean to criticise him, but seeing some of the other lads back in training and the likes of Max Power etc, i thought Dajaku would have been chomping at the bit to get back in the gym after missing the whole end of last season and the Playoffs. I know i would be if i was him
