Well it is a bit soon for them but Brentford have managed it after having being a "coming team" for a couple years.
It's really about not knowing what on earth the expect and being put to the pin of their collar week in week out to find results.
So maybe they will do a Norwich but I suppose its all about having proper football people at the top directing investment for anyone who does come up.
It'll be a big summer for 7 clubs at the bottom and 7 clubs at the top now.

He’s been at the club 4 years and the best you say about him is he’s a 4 out of 10 signing. Sorry, after 4 years under klopp, for what he was bought for he should be 7/8 out of 10. Time to find better
He was loaned out for the first year and then had to overcome a lot of injury problems.
I had written him off last year but he's been good at times this season. As @Sucky says, he needs to do a lot more to justify that price tag.

Pure short term moves to boost his chances of delivery and then spurs left holding the baaby one he walks the following year.
Ivan Peresic (33) is having a medical.
Now we all know he's a very good player and has been touted at several english clubs for years but he's now in the twilight. Conte will want one good year form that front line peresic, kane, son.
Expect to see more very mature players come in and spurs fans lose their minds over thier 100% ironed on title push.
Relegation to follow in 3 years.
