I want him to be honest and say that the squad he is responsible for is not good enough and that he, as the manager is underperforming.
Please don't give me all this "he has to work with he has" tripe as in the whole he is the man that overseas it.
Ralph is a likeable bloke, I get it. But he is not performing.

Yeah he has been taking the hits for the players recently, but now is the time for honesty.

If we dont see it then it will be really concerning as I do reckon there are some heads in the sand at the club and want to be proven wrong.

Has there ever been such a lucky manager to keep his job?
Doesn’t know his best line up, doesn’t know his best formation, doesn’t know his best tactics, doesn’t know when and who to substitute………… constantly changing everything shows his ineptitude
Two immediate reactions, 1, the players are not tuned in to what the coach is asking of them, or, 2, he doesn't know what to ask of them. Either way another 4-6 weeks of this at the start of next season and Ralph will be taking early retirement.

I have been staunch Ralph in, and backed him to the hilt.

But I now agree that this is too much. Today was absolutely pathetic after months of being absolutely pathetic. It’s impossible to defend him when he makes so many seemingly random decisions

I think relegation is on the cards unless we either spend a lot of money or change the manager or both.

I just don’t understand, if he set up with experienced players why didn’t we just play for a point. Not so much for the point but so we didn’t finish this awful season with a loss.

If we took the approach that it doesn’t matter then why not play the academy players and just go out to see what happens?

If we only have one senior LB then that’s not Ralph’s fault, play the academy chap. It’s the club’s responsibility to make sure he has a senior LB and an up and coming understudy.

Ralph looks utterly drained here .

That’s a shocker of an interview, is he on another planet?

Having a pop at the ref, bemoaning a lack of luck and suggesting that maybe not getting relegated isn’t a bad season.

Ok in normal times and after one goal losses, but after 5 points from 36 and a 4-1 meek loss.

That is on your head and your players, get your head out of the sand and hold your players accountable!

I think this is now the end of the road for Ralph. Today's result and performance feels like the curtain has been drawn down on Ralph's tenure as manager. I am not sure that the argument regarding the size of the squad nor it's quality really holds much water anymore and it seems clear that Ralph has run out of ideas.

I have to say that he has been enigma but an enigma I always hoped would ultimatley be resolved. I am not sure that this will ever happen and my opinion in that the club would be taking a risk leaving him in charge. I just feel we need a major rethink and whoever some in needs to have the summer to work with the squad as opposed to arriving too far in to the net season. In the ruthless world of football, I would have to struggle to think of a reason why the club would keep with in him given that the collapse since the spring has been so comprehensive. I just get the impression that the squad no longer believe in him. Not sure you can blame the players when they were so good earlier in the season. Too many players have fallen out if firorm at the same time. There has to be something amiss with the coaching.

Having seen the goals I just can’t believe how bad our defending was. Vardy’s goal was well taken but the others were just non existent marking. We just give teams SO much space in the box. That’s not just ability, it’s organisation. Basic stuff.

One can only conclude that players are not being coached or can’t be bothered.

It's hard to turn things around when things go rotten, he desperately needs coaching assistance and I hope that he is not proud enough to accept it.
Maybe he does need the right assistant. But when I look at the bench, it`s loaded with people - what are they all doing ? - surely they are assisting Ralph ? Football is a simple game made complicated by coaches, or so goes the old saying. Oh for the days when the bench consisted of the manager, the sub and the guy with the sponge.
