I’m ignorant as to how a football club is operated and would really like to understand exactly the specific duties and roles AT OUR CLUB of what a head coach, manager and DoF have.
Good luck with that. Add in Technical Director, U23 Coach and U18 Coach. And CEO. And Board members, as Fernandes seems to do transfers as well.

So who’s gauging SLFs performance as DOF and what have we achieved since his appointment? Is it possible he’s the problem?
I’ve read that and missed the bit where he accepts any responsibility, or says he could have done anything different, over the **** show we have witnessed since the beginning of February. Better reread it.
I absolutely suspect that, despite my opinions on Warburton, Les is quite possibly a complete waste of space.
Very true, taking responsibility and being accountable is part of any good management qualities.
I might be reading too much into his comments, but the suggestion of lack of support from above and having his hands tied somewhat, might have been a significant factor in our drop in performance and leads me to question that if Sir Les is overseeing the management and team ethos, then questions also need to be asked about his performance in the last three years.
And Ramsey ? What exactly is he bringing to the party, 2 empty bottles of Chardonnay by the looks of things.
