Liverpool mush improved after the break and ground out the win once Diaz and Origi came on. Arnold was truly awful today, Gordon is a diving prick and Richarlison is the biggest **** in the league !
That worked out rather well........ just need to keep Everton in bottom 3 for rest of season...... I'd even accept Massive staying up for another season for the laugh of seeing Everton relegated....... I know they'd probably walk the Championship but it would be great to see a supposed big club get their comeuppence, finally the penny might drop that the problem isn't always the Manager........
Not Trent's best game, but awful? Liverpool were lacklustre first half, with no pace to their passing. An upset was possible, especially as Everton definitely should have had a penalty when Gordon was shoved in the back. Diaz is an unbelievable talent and Dorigi always seems to score against Everton. Liverpool much better second half, passing the ball much quicker. A bit of a throwback to Derbies of old. Most enjoyable, especially seeing fat Fwank in the bottom three.
Amazing how well Burnley are fairing now. Everton are surely doomed. Good to see Pool keep up but can’t see City dropping points now. Pool needed to beat City last week.
Yeah for a player of his quality he had a really poor game, his corners were diabolical. Don't understand why Robertson wasn't taking them when they have scored so many from his corners this season.
True, his corners were unusually poor for a player with his ability. Most of the Liverpool players were off it, but they still found a way to win. As you ssy, Diaz and Origi really changed things.
I know you're probably right about them walking the championship but a bit of me hopes they could instead do a Sunderland. They won't be prepared for relegation. Will need a massive fire sale of their best players. Probably won't have relegation clauses in contracts etc etc. Plus, Lampard
Not much interest but currently Preston 1-2 Blackburn after half hour......... Palace v Massive just kicking off....... Eze getting a rare start......
This is the sort of stat bollox that peeps think are important these days....... 14 mins Post update Crystal Palace 0-0 Leeds That foul earlier by Luke Ayling on Wilfried Zaha means the Palace player has won 84 fouls in the Premier League this season, 14 more than any other player in the competition. (Ivan Toney, 70).
Only following on beeb text but I can't recall him even being mentioned........ there again it's Zaha this, Zaha that, Zaha falls over, Zaha fouled again ad infinitum........ Even when Ebs was subbed they didn't say he's gone off....... So want him to well
This is how impressive the beeb text is....... even though Ebs was subbed 10 minutes previous!!!!!!!! NEW 87 mins Post update Crystal Palace 0-0 Leeds What a pass by Christian Benteke! Great vision from the substitute to pick out Eberechi Eze on the edge of the box and he feeds Conor Gallagher who forces a save. Edit..... they've now changed it.......
Only watched the 2nd half, but he did a couple of lovely bits of skill and played some nice passes. Just looks at home at that level.
He didn't really do that much in tge game Col to be fair. Gallagher covered every inch of grass and missed a couple of half chances. Zaha just never stands up long enough or stops moaning to be a top player. Yeah he's the main man at Palace and produces some great moments every now and then but he's nowhere near as good as believes. To think that they turned down 60 mill from Everton a couple of seasons ago is ludicrous !
Fulham v Forest tonight and some minor skirmish between Abu Dhabi City and The Original Spanish Aristocrats....... who know in a few years they could be playing each other 4 times a season....... what fun......
