I remember my Dad and uncle going to the Coventry cup game. I was little more than a toddler and didn't go to BP until the Bremner debut match v Forest, so always enjoyed us playing them - for the memory of my late Dad and his brothers, and the fact that we've tended to do OK against them in recent years. Best get my mobile ticket for the Forest game replaced with a physical ticket to avoid disappointment.

But that's the point isn't it - Not only will that not happen but the stewards let them stay in their seats. So much for making the MKM a fortress. How many other grounds would away fans feel able to sit where (and behave how) they like?

I agree, there should be zero tolerance to away fans in home ends.

I was above the City fans in the East Stand with my stepson. They turf out any non-United fans so I had to behave. At the end of the game I asked those around me if they went to away games. When they said they did, I said "Well played, see you at the KC, you can throw me out now" One or two laughed but not all. It helped that my stepson is rather large.

It shows the buggering about moving away fans from behind the goal for the nonsense it was.

In the opposite corner to the away fans a few City fans were thrown out for celebrating.

I don't even mind them celebrating a goal as long as they're not being abusive or winding anyone up. Used to sitting with opposition supporters at the cricket

Seat next to me is usually empty so always a high chance in a game like this il get one next to me, I’d rather they just say so I could have some banter with them, most people around me are boring <laugh>

We was in Eddie Stobarts box above the Gallowgate at Newcastle on the Kevin Keegan protest day, when we beat them 1st season in the Prem, we had to have stewards trying to stop us celebrating, their fans weren’t happy, Twowrights got me pissed, drove like a looney on the way home causing me to throw up, I did manage to steal a bottle of Geordie champagne from the minibar though, which we cracked open in a Limo after the Bolton game when we secured a point to keep us up at the end of the season.

No one can argue with your undoubted style, but a bit premature wasn't it?

We had to still endure the torrid home defeat v Utd's Youth Team and pray the work-Geordies lost at Villa.

That Bolton game though, should have won by 3 or 4. I remember giving Boaz a reassuring nod after the game which he seemed to appreciate. Probably went home and mentioned it to his wife.

You also accused me of nicking your two hundred, three hundred, thousand pounds camera and searched my coat for it, then found your camera in YOUR shirt pocket. This happens around this stage of the season around the country as teams have high importance games. I knew a load of lads in the home end at Sheff Utd in ‘08. You’ll always get some slip the net, but a larger number than usual seem to be able to get in at our place.
