Way above ... I'm sure you are much happier with your team right now than I am with mine ... ... now which was is it to the Colosseum again
We were saddled with Woodward for years and every one of us knows he bought "names" not "players" Now with a new CE, Ralfs squad assessment and a new progressive manager we have a chance of making a team that works. Not a popular view among my brethren but Ole did a decent job with the players foisted on him, Ten Hag will have a much better chance with his own players to fit his plan/style.
I am far from happy with my team, we could and should be so much better. You on the other hand seem quite happy to be well below a "****" team. Expectations
Mate ... I'm more than happy with a slice of pizza by the Trevi fountain, whilst you chase a fourth place kebab again ...Expectations with a dose of reality ketchup
How's the 20+ yo youths doing this season? You had one fantastic fairytale season that everyone was happy with and will never be forgotten. Other than that you have been like the majority of the league, nothing special and never looked like being.
I agree Ole did a good job tbh But i am not sure he could have caught Pep or Jurgen over a season with the levels of consistency those teams have displayed. However he was more than capable of getting wins over them imho, and defo capable of top four and probably the odd cup win Utd are one of the biggest clubs in the world, they dont spend money they cant generate, and i think the owners want a bit more than top four and the odd cup I think but could be wrong My main point was that that squad isnt that far away, when Liverpool were being told they were miles they were actually two players away in VVD and Alison If you get the players that link your team then you are set, obviously the trick is knowing which those players are
Was that the season we won the Prem title... or the one where we won the FA Cup for the first time in our history? ... or the one where we reached our first ever European trophy semi-final? ... do your homework mate, this is turning into a battle of wits with a bloke that's quite obviously unarmed ... have you considered applying to join NATO?
Whilst pulling Diego's pants down has been fun, if easier than a Duplo construction for anyone with half a brain ... would just give a huge shout out to the respect shown by the Kop to Cristiano Ronaldo's tragic events tonight ... some things transcend football rivalry and it is truly refreshing to see the respect, sympathy and support given
When you start talking FA cup and first EU trophy semi you are just showing your level, many teams have achieved those they are nothing special. The PL win was special and something you may never see again and not many teams can brag that win apart from Blackburn, similar circumstances too. The reason they were/are special to you is because of the unlikely event they happened. You are now a very good team and can be a threat to anyone on the right day but so are many others in the league, for you to call a team way above you **** is farcical.
Mate... our level is still in the ascendancy given our history... which direction is yours going in? ... remote third best team in the North West of England ... and not within sniffing distance of a trophy ... let's get real bruv
Nice change of subject but i agree, Klopp was very good about it. That said, i have far more respect for the actual Scousers that applauded for the whole minute and sang a chorus of YNWA in unity for Ronny and Georgie, fierce rivals yet total class.
Anyway lads .. got a train to catch in the morning, so having had my fun, will love you and leave you
Well given i have supported us in the old D2 i would say we are still on the ascendancy. We have not always been champions or even top 4 contenders you know
We lost 4-0 mate, looked like a team from junior school playing world cup winning Brazil and i'm bored and need to lash out. Leave me alone ****face
Bit of a family crisis, so couldn't comment before. But 5-4-1 was RIGHT. Pogba though? Says all that he got more derision going off from United fans than Liverpool. But have to say, Bruno impresses me no more than him - undoubted talent, but goes missing in big games. Poor Phil Jones though... I was reminded of Piggy in Lord of The Flies. Cruel.
