I never married or had children
but then being in my very late twenties there's still plenty of time for that 
A chap I knew found a Saxon gold ring on a farmer's land. He had an agreement to split any finds 50/50. He thought it might be worth a few bob so cracked on that he'd found it on a beach. Daft beggar ended up with less as it got declared Treasure Trove. Still 11 grand though.
