Yes, I think in the same situation the Reuben Brothers could certainly afford to buy out the other 80% if the need ever arose. Whether they would be willing to would be another matter, but owning 10% of nothing can't be an attractive proposition if they don't.

I see that they are only allowed to spend a total of £20,000 for the remainder of the season on travel costs - That's got to be the players driving themselves to games then. Price fuel is going up by that should get the coach from about pump 1 to pump 2 on the garage forecourt
