... how would you honestly feel after a good performance at Wimbledon, Keane applauding the travelling support and sitting in an automatic promotion place ?

After your lifetime of supporting Sunderland I must applaud your optimism and high spirits, of which I expect touches all parts of yours and your family and friends lives, not just football. You must be an absolute joy to be around.

Or you're on drugs.....

Annoyed its dragged on, fannied about over 2 vital games with no points but optimistic for the rest of season......Pass me the tranquiliser......

I'd be relieved that this ****ty period of bad results and managerial void were ended but part of me would still be seething that the club had pissed us about so much, costing us at least 6 and possibly 9 vital points (depending upon what actually happened before the Bolton game)

Bit of relief. Starting to look forward with hope. It will be influenced a bit by whatever we hear about the last couple of weeks from the club, if anything. I would like to have an insight into why they think Keane is the right choice too. Overall though as a fan I would just be relieved it about the game again.

That's impossible though mate ...

... they can only say the same things, no matter who comes I.

Slight adjustments, with Keane will be 'knows the club' 'highly respected' 'winning mentality' etc.

Personally I want the talking to stop asap and concentrate on three points at Wimbledon.

I remember when Johnson got the job Speakman talked about how he was the right man for the project and the strategy, would fit in with the ambitions etc. I just wonder whether Speakman says similar or whether he deviates to something more like you say.

Part of me kinda thinks we might have a couple more points on the board, if we'd have kept LJ for another two more weeks...

...(hiding behind the couch)
Was pointless sacking him really his ppg was 1.8 and we could quite easily have gone on another run and got promoted, we have been badly managed now for 6 years at least and we can't expect anything positive to come from the decision makers at the club.
