It was the same sort of time last year he came in, he had plenty of time, money and backing etc!

His downfall was inconsistency, which also points to tactics, when he got it right we were fantastic, but was that just fluke? When we were bad we were absolutly awful.

Ok, similar to what I said earlier - he has no Plan B

Yet you won't believe it when anyone else says it? <laugh>

That is the opinion of every Leicester fan, the WUMs think Sven was here for the money but it was his goal to achieve a promotion which is something he does not have on his C.V.

Listen....what I have always said was that

a) Sven has a great record, and tried imo, but his days are over
b) He was never right for your club or the Championship
c) He got you "some" good players
d) He couldn't get the motivation right for all of them
e) Some thought all they had to do was step on the pitch because "The great Sven was in charge"
f) Maybe with more time things could have got better....but I doubt that

Ok Ive not read the other comments so ill just give you my answer-

Q, Would you take Nigel Pearson back?
A, Big fat NO.

My reason- OK he may be able to get us promoted but thinking long term I wouldnt trust him with the amount of money they say they are going to give us when we do (Remember Peter Taylor). We need someone who knows how to spend the cash and can attract decent players, I couldnt imagine Pearson getting the sort of players Sven got in the Championship let alone the sort of players he could have got us in the Premiership!

While I like Pearson and I think hes a good manager I don't think he is the person to take on the responsibility of what King Powers want!

I reckon you've hit it on the head there. Sven has/had 'the contacts'; he also had filthy lucre.....result - ? <whistle>

Face it - your Thai fools know sweet F.A. about the game; they just want success, 'profile' and LOOT. :emoticon-0113-sleep

the manager LCFC need is not available. who in there right minds would leave a job for lesta eh ?

only the unemployed ex.managers will be tempted. i bet the Thai's are trhinking more about selling as many players as possible and bailing out of there ? and sell onto aniother set of deluded fools and clueless overseas buyers. either way its good entertainment for all us neutrals and SSN, thats for sure.

I'm guessing they'll think they'll be getting roberto Mancini or someone similar judging by all that adebayor/Defoe etc talk in the summer <laugh>

Nobody believed the paper talk regarding Defoe or Adebayor.

Unless you did? <laugh>

Half of you lot did, if I could be arsed to trawl back through a couple of months of threads there is cold hard evidence. I know it's there anyway, if you'd like to prove yourself wrong feel free.

Nope, everyone was laughing at how we were even linked with these players.

Lazy journalism. A bit like your lazy wumming. :emoticon-0118-yawn::emoticon-0118-yawn:

I can imagine these reasons are what made the owners make this decision.

Moving on, Martin O'Neill.

There's a very good maxim that applies here, I think.

It goes like this:

"NEVER PISS IN THE SAME STREAM TWICE!!

Yes, but he would do a great job for them at this point in time.

However remember it's the same guy who was headhunted by Ridsdale to manage TWS and actually signed an agreement of intent while still at Celtic because his contract in Glasgow was running out.

<laugh>

I can't wait either.

I'll be making a new account so I can rape your boards, you've bigged yourself up and now you'll feel my Wumming capabilities once more. I remember you being one who constantly moaned about me and how I should be banned.

<laugh> You can give it but can't take it you pussy <laugh> <ok> Roll on december the 3rd, the day when they Tigers get mauled, haha, that chant is cute.

My God Andy King, could you suck any more?

You seem to think wumming, or getting 'bites', is like a measure of coolness. You think that if you wind people up it looks good on you.

That's nearly as ridiculous as the TWS/Milwall mentality that being hated by other clubs is a good thing and the fact they don't hate you is an insult.
