I can't watch it, I'm a part time stay at home Dad to a six month old girl. It makes me utterly despair and want to leave society. Seen bits and pieces on social media, lots condemning him but a lot making jokes about the whole thing. Imagine making jokes about raping and battering a young woman. Baffles me. ****ing grotesque. Hopefully he gets banged up for a good while and the girl manages to get past it.
Waste of space this feller. I remember him getting caught up with that Icelandic model on England duty as well…
Made the mistake of reading part of the transcript of the audio. Horrible bastard deserves prison and everything else that comes to him
I wonder who the 'man' could be..... https://www.skysports.com/football/...spend-mason-greenwood-over-womans-allegations
I can easily dismiss the idiots making jokes, just human nature which is worse on the internet especially when people drink, take drugs and live empty vacuous lives where nothing has any meaning. What I can't understand is how wealthy young men, with agents and advisers, act in a way that totally jeopardises their only means of income. Once their career ends, people like him have no other way of making enough money to sustain their lifestyles. Another puzzle is how, whenever there's a football scandal reported in the national papers, RTG immediately issue a statement denying anyone the right to comment. This, despite people being allowed to discuss police investigations into the Prime Minister and other criminal situations. Sadly, they neither understand the sub judice rule or how to correctly spell libellous. From @AB22 Easy Tiger, "Can't be discussed as it's sub judice and potentially libelous."
Arrested for rape and assault. Obviously we don't know if it's true, but it seems he'll see some considerable time inside if it is.
Millions of people are voicing their opinions over all forms of social media. Like anyone cares what a few Sunderland fans have to say on RTG
I remember a rumour going around a year ago that a career ending incident was hanging over greenwood's head. Something to do with the way he had treated a woman. It was an explanation towards his absence from the team at the time. Not the injury that was being reported. The news was about to break etc etc, but it never broke. Was this it? Or are the current accusations from a more recent event?
My mothers ex boss is a solicitor. Has dealt with this type of thing and defended famous people who ended up inside before. says there will already be something in place for the guy if/when he goes to prison to ensure he’s well looked after. Money always talks, solicitors make those arrangements for them. If guilty, he should be left to rot imo!!
Can't see what possible defence he has from them and the photos. Shocking and if the rumours from before are true then he has form
I know but I’m trying to play the “innocent until proven” line! Either way he’ll likely be looked after as he has the money to make things easy. Adam Johnson was! in no way do I agree with it! Just sadly the way things are. Personally hope the little ****er is raped numerous times.
Well, there's no evidence the bruises etc were anything to do with him, and the recording could be roleplay. Rape fantasy amongst women isn't exactly common but it's not unheard of either... Having said that, I reckon he's almost certainly guilty as charged, and if that's what the court finds then he should rot in jail for a long, long time.
The rumour was he was arrested for false imprisonment of a young woman… seemed to go away and he was back playing again, maybe she dropped the charges and he’s been up to his old tricks again?
I don’t wish to be unsympathetic to her and am certainly not doubting her , I don’t know the full details , but has she brought it to police attention via social media ? I do hope she went to police first
Somebody on talksport said that we should respect her anonymity and not mention her name. Rather strange considering she waived that from the get go. Saying that, If her aligations prove to be anywhere near what they seem to be then she has proper shafted him good and proper, and deservedly so. Well done her.
