Brighton. Frankly it’s fantasy island one of the best young gaffers in world football.

Builds from foundation up. He’s a real one going to end up somewhere huge.
Exactly. Not a chance. He would be a good fit for Spuds or Everton imo.

I'm just thinking of the managerial contacts Speakman would have had with Birmingham, and the likes of Karanka, Monk spring to mind.

Less than average, makes me sick to my stomachh
The thing is, we all KNEW that Grayson and Parkinson would be failures. Why couldn't the club see that?
Was Ross sacked too soon? Maybe he shouldn't have been appointed in the 1st place

I'm most disappointed by Johnson. New era, new style of play, focus on youth etc. For it all to go so depressingly predictably tits up is gutting.
Next appointment is a big one

This was the main problem. Sacking him was easy, now where do we go? My knowledge of this level is shocking, I've nee idea who we will get tbh
We don't want a "this level" manager we want a next level one, that's where we have been going wrong for 4 seasons. Premier League managers could drop into a league one club and be capable of digging us out of the **** without needing to have experience of doing it before.

I really want to see a name in post not a deadbeat who knows the league well.

Well well. That is a surprise to me. I am a supporter of his but have said elsewhere it is hard to survive 6-0 results. I wont moan about it.

What I will say is this new regime are now under scrutiny. I admire the decisive action. This does represent a failure on their part in terms of their biggest decision to date - the coach. So Speakman, KLD et al it is now essential you step up and do better next time. Your own reputations are on the line too...

Up till yesterday I have been a supporter of his, but we have had too many thrashings, when the set-up/tactics, motivation and physicality of the team was very much in question. Undoubtedly the players bear some responsibility but LJ has to own up.

We are in a dog fight to get promoted and at times our dog has been a pussy cat.

I think itl be a very swift appointment.
We hope. Can you share a short list or do you know if there is one already for a quick appointment?

If we do are you worried or will the dancing men be out?

Sure Prehab mentioned not right behind scenes for bit....with the set up now that being the case would expect options will have been assessed for the period since it wasnt quite right....eveyone knows the importance of getting up tgis season

Its all over social media Duncan Ferguson is nailed on to take over .

Im really not sure what to think of that.

Hope so. I think they will have approached someone hence taking everyone by surprise tonight. Well me not everyone.
Yep, given our position we can’t afford to mess about. We feasibly need 12 wins and I’m not even sure that’ll be enough

We'd still have League 1 players and a squad without enough balance though. No manager can wave a magic wand and change that instantly. What we need is a manager who can work within the set up the club has in place.

Yeah, it hasn't been for an absolute age. Was a massive bust up after the pompy game. When the wins are coming in calms the tensions but it never went away.
