He wanted control over transfers. Ain’t nobody getting that as a manager here.

Shame cos he does look a good fit from a footballing perspective.

Any manager who trusts in their abilities, regardless of if they are usually in the I must control transfers camp or not should look at the business we have done in the last two windows and think "I could work with that!".

They will have a final say anyway. I would imagine it would be a weight off for a manager to have recruitment all but done for them.

We need a manager who will play the attacking football we want but also make us a lot tougher at the back, been steamrolled too many times this season.

Im absolutely sick of the managerial go round we have to endure every season

We are the Watford of Division One

No, because Watford at least know how to get promoted now....

We somehow have forgotten how to

Manager needs to be gone
The powers that be need to accept that the man they chose is not delivering, they need to sack him, not just keep him in position for the sake of it

No way back for him, needs peddled tomorrow morning.

Yes he may go on a winning run but we all know that soon enough that will end up in a run like we care currently on and another humping from someone like Gillingham

At the very least, the coaching team needs a shake up. LJ and his mates are not cutting the mustard. Replace Jevons or Jamie McAllister?

I’ve been wary of calling for yet another change as I had enjoyed what we were trying to do earlier in the season when we were playing some teams off the park and looked like we would only get better. after today though, I think that was one too many thrashings. I can take defeats but the whole team rolled over again and you don’t get promoted with no resilience. We have some great ball players in midfield but they need a platform to work from and a big strong combative central midfielder is essential.
this still hasn’t been addressed and doesn’t look like it will be.
The team needs a new leader now as far as I’m concerned and I’m sad that Johnson isn’t the man to bring success but this needs sorting out immediately

If we do not get promoted this season the team will be torn apart in the summer (no way do the two German lads sign permanent, Ross, Neil and Pritchard will push for moves) and all chance of being promoted will be gone for a few year.
If they do I will hold the door open for them. They arent the be all and end all we think they are. Only Neil would I shed a tear over. We have to stop believing we have this super star squad because we simply dont. Good players dont lose 6-0 even if they think the manager is hopeless. Only weak players lose 6-0. These players, along with the coaches, will go down as having the worst results in the clubs history. If they want out good riddance.

This season, I was LJ in, then after the last losing streak LJ out. Then he turned it around again and I was eating humble pie, and back in the LJ in camp.
Today was unforgivable.
I'm sick of seeing a back 4 that just doest work.
I'm sick of his streaky runs.
I'm sick of his post match ****e.
And I'm ****ing sick of humble pie.

6000 travelling fans deserve better than this.

Getting beat 6-0 in division three off a side sitting 15th in the table at kick off makes his position untenable for me.

I've backed him and backed him, but we go round in circles with great runs and then abhorrent ones.

No huge fan by any means but I don't think you sack the guy who has you third in the table at this point in the season.

With a reverse in form all of a sudden we are in the automatic promotion spots.

But yeah, no huge fan of the guy at all and I get why people would want him out. Especially after that nasty drubbing.
