My problem with getting rid is finding someone who will buy into the system which may not be easy.

Do we scrap the new way of doing thing, or gamble on finding a good shoe in to fit the systemj

I know I keep saying the same thing, but it was a big, big mistake not sacking this bloke at the end of last season
Lots of people thought this, not just me
The owner, to my mind, did not have the nerve to give him the sack, or maybe he did not wish to be known as an owner who is trigger happy
Whatever, it was a mistake
Mind, we can always look forward to the excitement of the play offs, might even
win them, and if do we need to get rid of him for the next season whatever division we are in

But he will not get us up
We should of got rid months ago but there persisted with him
Now look we could and probably will miss out on automatic
Just get a new man in quick he can’t be any worse

If we carry on like this we won’t even be in them to win them.

I've no idea why Poyet didn't come when LJ got appointed as it was heavily mooted he'd got the job. For me he'd fit in ideally playing the type of game we're trying to play now.

We've got to fit the next manager/head coach into what we are trying to do rather than keep starting from scratch

Didn’t Speakman say that the new setup was put in place so that it would be easier to replace managers?

So we should really have a list of potential replacements who could come in and work within said setup.

I don’t think they will sack him until the summer however I think he should go now.
Today was arguably the worst result in the clubs history and there are 2 or 3 others this season that run it close.
Get someone in who is more tactically aware and who could have us going in to the playoffs with some form and confidence. I’ve pretty much written off automatics now.
I’m sure they have a shortlist in mind, probably with a few names I’ve never heard of, but I can think of 4 or 5 options I think would take the job and be an upgrade.

We all accept the possibility of defeats, thats a part of the game. Folding and getting whalloped like we have four times this season really isn't good enough though.

The manner of certain defeats this season, it's not befitting of a team, that is challenging, or will get promoted to the Championship.

Something needs to be done about this, and quickly. I've ruled out the automatics now, but I'm even sceptical about the play-offs this season now.

And he’s still in a job. That was unforgivable today and no coming back from it I’m afraid. That’s 4/5 hammerings this season now in league one and it’s nowhere near good enough. Get him peddled he’s a total shocker of a manager and it’s no wonder he gets the streaky Johnson tag. Time to go Lee

He says he doesn’t like the streaky tag, well you are stuck with it so you had better get used to it mate.

He wouldn’t have it if he was a decent manager but he’s just not, he’s far too inconsistent unfortunately. Not a chance we’ll go up with this fella in charge.

Like many have said its not the defeats, it's the manner of them. He looked broken today after the game. The players will have picked up on that and they'll have doubts over whether he is the man to get them thru it. Ive accepted Efl1 but I don't accept a 6-0 thrashing by a team in 14th place. I don't have a clue who would replace him...over to Speakman.

Speakman takes as much as the blame as LJ for me.

Together they've built a team of kids with no backbone whatsoever that is totally incapable of the target which is automatic promotion.
