Acun must know that Eaves & Magennis are league 1 strikers at best and playing KLP in a defensive left wing back position isn't the best way forward and will drag us back into the relegation mire again.
I think today showed the obvious gaps in our squad. need strikers, full backs, experienced centre back.
We need better quality in every position
Hopefully that will happen in time, but this window, I think they are the areas we have to focus on. I’m happy to settle on comfortably avoiding the drop while Acun lays foundations this season. I think filling those gaps would enable that.

Thought we were awful. How does Bowler go from a one-footed liability when playing for us, to having a one-footed worldy playing against us? Greaves was bamboozled by him.
How good is greaves realistically, is he good enough to part of acun’s revolution or does he avoid criticism because his dad played for us and he’s from hull ?
Thought we played OK today, not amazing, but we were certainly the better team, their only chance was a penalty whereas on another day 1 or 2 of ours go in and we walk away with points, ref was too whistle happy, game barely flowed at all, got the pen right but what he saw in that Smith keogh challenge first half I'll never ****ing know.
How do we make changes when we play this system because we don't have any fit fullbacks? The best way to tighten up on Bowler is to play full backs
I've seen a few bits of him this year and he's always looked really impressive. He was a young kid with us and players develop at different rates. I bet last season was a real wake up call too, being unwanted and spending it in the u23s.
