Some of the best bands live weren't the big names. This bloke was brilliant. Chas Hodges was in the backing band.

on a side note went to watch simple minds at birmingham nec and whilst the roadies weresound checking or whatever they were doing they played relax, the 12 inch version and turned it up loud and i can honestly say that is the loudest thing ive ever heard. the bass was vibrating inside my head and body. im sure it made my heart beat the same pace. the simple minds concert was too loud hurt your ears, and my ears were buzzing all the way home.

Cheating a bit, well, a lot really, but this is the best live band/concert I never saw...

Saw maiden on the 'matter of life and death' tour and they were incredible.

Have tickets for Nightwish in Birmingham postponed to November 22 also.

Probs a bit too old to have a crush on a rockstar but I'd love to make Floor Jansen sing....
