Ah well, no news is NO NEWS again I've got some news.. I'm not having an English Breakfast today. I'm having a Scottish one.....Porridge with a sweet ground thistle topping.
I think the wait over this last few weeks feels a lot worse than the wait we’ve had to endure over the last 7 or so years…
What Baz has said... There remains a hope from Acun and his team that completion will be done before Christmas. I think we have to be mindful that as much as they're pushing for that, there's a realistic change that it won't happen between now and next Saturday. I understand plans are being put in place should it be completed in the next few days. Acun has been in London over the past couple of days as well as jetting to all corners of the globe - honestly, I don't know how the chap does it, you think Santa Claus covers some miles, you should see his flight map - members of his team have been in England for the past week in a bid to try and progress things, while holding meetings with various people inside and outside the club. We're getting so very close and I know everybody is desperate for news - or a club statement - but these deals can often take a frustrating amount of time to get them signed and sealed. As I understand it and to allay any fears, everything remains on track.
I'm taking it all with a pinch of salt. There have been too many false dawn's with these Herbert's in charge. Kay Sarah Sarah whatever will be will be.
