Anyone else thinking the announcement of our new owner will shortly be followed by football returning to behind closed doors for the next 2-3 months? Sorry to post the thought but it does seem rather likely to me.

They were desperate to offload it. The legacy BS about a stadium which would never have been fully used for athletics was never an option. Spurs offered to buy it, knock it down and build a proper football stadium but they got knocked back,
