Metro and Sun reporting we are going to make a £68m offer for Vlahovic in an attempt to beat Tottenham to his signature.

Plus Renato Sanches rumours starting up again. (He's quality IMO)

    -------------------------Ramsdale-------------------------
    Tomiyasu--------White--------Gabriel-------Tierney
    ------------------Partey----------Sanches---------------
    -------------------------Odengaard------------------------
    ----Saka-----------------Vlahovic----------SmithRowe

Subs: Aubamayeng, Xhaka, Martinelli, Lacazette, Pepe, Tavares, Mari, Leno.

Look how strong the bench is as well!..
Seriously If Arteta can't get TOP four with that side he has no future in high level management.

Vlahovic would be an immense signing and just what we need right now. Would like to see him and Martineli leading our line.

Auba and Lacazette are finished at this club and I think Pepe’s time might be up too

Yeah I agree , I don't know what happened to Auba his decline was soo rapid. What happen to the guy that Klopp had destroying teams on his own? (New contract/ Malaria .. the whole thing is weird)

Love Lacazette as a character but he was never quite the level of striker we hoped him to be.

Pepe just doesn't seem to be right for this league.

Vlahavic on the other hand reminds me of a mixture of Van Nistlerooy and Lewandowski. Think he would do well in the EPL.

Marrtinelli flatters to deceive imo which maybe because the injuries have stalled his career .

He’s had a fair few injuries so his career has been a bit stop start so far. He’s also been deployed on the left, when I think his main attribute is through the middle.

He’s defo got the raw talent though. And he’s fearless with it. He just needs a run in the team. Preferably at CF rather than on the wing

i thought he looked a real prospect in the cameos he played early on for you but tbh i now doubt he will become first choice for you but we will only know if he stays fit and gets decent game time .

I think he just needs an extended run in the team for us to find out what he can offer.

He totally just needs a run in the side.

If he was English the hype train would be a lot bigger for the lad.

I’d take him for sure but don’t see it happening, he’s a top young striker and wouldn’t make sense for United to let him join a rival.

Lots of outlets saying we will be signing Alexander Isak (Sociedad are refusing to sell him to Barca) this week as a replacement for Auba.

Personally quite like this signing. Not as exciting as a Haaland or a Vlahovic but he is extremely gifted technically and I feel like he would actually suit our system FAR better than Auba. He's tall, can hold the ball up, can dribble and will ultimately link up with the wide players well.

Makes a lot of sense to be honest.

Vlahovic rumours still going strong also - would be happy with either signing TBF.

Apparently we've offered £46m+Torreira for Vlahovic. And by 'apparently', I mean this is completely unreliable tabloids. But, oof, come on. If we get him and a CM like Bissouma, Kessie or Guimaraes in January I'd really start getting aroused.

Guimareas would be ideal IMO. He's like an obvious Xhaka upgrade.

Guimaraes and Isak/Vlahovic this summer and I'm joining the Arteta fan Club.

Interestingly, Fiorentina haven't rejected our bid for Vlahovic (£46m + Torreira) they are waiting to see if anyone else bids over the next few days.

Shows they are tempted by the offer at least.

Where are you reading this mate ?

He would be an awesome signing if we can get that one done.

    Just the standard Twitter sources.

He's a great young player, I do wonder though if Isak would make more sense. As he's more capable of this role Lacazette is currently having in the side. He's very good technically, can dribble and pass.

Vlahovic is a typical clinical target man reminds me of a RVN.

If we can get either this window though that would be great.

With Maitland Niles loaned to Roma, Partey and Elneny at the ACON we only have Xhaka and Lokonga for the next month or so, (at a time when the fixtures are pretty congested)
I hope Arteta is looking to bring someone in ASAP.

It’d be lunacy if we didn’t. Absolutely crazy if we go into this month’s fixtures with just two senior midfielders. I’m guessing Patino is going to be integrated more into the first team but he’s still a kid.
