Johnson was asked about it by a Labour MP and he trotted out the usual line about Covid regulations being followed. In fact he was asked if he would confirm that it took place and he just said, 'No', meaning of course that he wouldn't confirm it, rather than that it didn't take place.
On here isn't a problem where only a few people see it and posters know each other. Putting it on Twitter with all those hashtags was not needed IMO.
Why would they have held a ‘mock’ press conference about a party that never took place, just 4 days after the party was said to have taken place (the Stratton video dates from December 2020)? Or is this part of the brilliant scenario planning which has served us so well recently, preparing us for every potential issue except pandemic, gas price inflation, unexpected withdrawals by our allies from occupied territories….etc, etc
Here we go... Press conference and new restrictions coming up. Plan B (I don't know what the B stands for) but expect new rules on travel passports.
That related to the 18th December alleged party. But the Cummings leaving celebration took place over a month earlier, and I can't see that anyone is claiming a breach of lockdown for that.
Good job I didn’t expect you to answer the question. Let’s forget Cummings and specifically find a reason for practicing answering questions about a party which they deny happened. Here’s one, they knew there had been a party, they knew that this broke the government’s COVID rules, and they expected it to be leaked. They wanted to practice lying to people, though they don’t really have to practice that hard, they are doing it all the time. Bet they are surprised it took so long to come out.
The blonde duplicitous twat is on the box further killing my business, my employment future and my retirement. Have you heard enough yet?
It's a recommendation that people work from home, not a law, so I don't see it needs parliamentary approval
What’s your response? Why would they practice answering questions on something that supposedly didn’t happen?
