but some didn't sign contracts knowing team mates are on double or triple the money and if others did once they became important to the team they demand rises .In other jobs, I would agree with you but every player in every team knows that there is a hierarchy of salaries. They sign on for what they are happy with and it increases depending on their performances not on what other players are getting. I really don't see how a player could sign up to a deal knowing that other team mates are on more, possibly double or triple and then kick up a fuss somewhere along the line when the top earners are getting more.
