... coz people kick us ... but for a serious answer ... both Fofana and Justin are well ahead of first estimates on recovery from very serious injuries and Tielemans and Justin took part in the first team sessions this week ... suspect the new facilities have played their part in the quicker returns ... <cheers>

This. Having a few fingers on the ball is not having it under control.

When you see it in real time, it's a perfectly good goal

So the rule is if the keeper traps the ball between his hand and a surface = grass/post then its "under control" therefore a foul


Always thought it was two hands but there ya go

Under the rules of the game, the decision is probably correct, but the rules were probably wrote up way before keepers started wearing Kenny Everett hands to give them an advantage.
