Thats the biggest crucial problem with Ralph tbh.

I love him and have been backing him, but his substitutions cost us. Most games. Leaves them far too late and seemingly picks them out of a hat.

Needs to start impacting games with his tactics

This. I don't understand how people think we will be any better with what we currently have under a different manager.
Agreed, We're defending OK and creating chances which is down to coaching. The fact our forward players wasted so many chances AGAIN, gave Brighton hope.

They should gave been dead and buried by half time and a last minute consolation wouldn't have been an issue.

Could mean we try and buy a keeper in January if they are both out for a long time, which I think most people would be happy with

Macca wouldn’t have got near that. Injury or not.

poor from Ralph using that as an excuse

Without the odd Trossard injury, we my have seen it through. Yes I'm desperate.

No, they'd have probably won it 2-1.

Those extra two points would have been such a nice buffer. As it is we still have to look over our shoulder rather than up at the top half.

As much as we have shown recently that we can f*ck it up royally against teams we should be beating, I'm still confident enough to say that we can go to places like Arse and Palace these days and get something.

Missing Romeu will be a massive blow, but I'm not as bothered as I once would have been regarding Salisu. He's a beast for sure, but he has shown signs of sloppiness lately. Also will be good for the pair of them to get a rest.

Oh, and McCarthy had a great game again. Always seems to slide under the radar when that happens.

EDIT: Just seen the news re: Macca. F*CKKKKKK!!!!!!

I think if Stephens is fit then OK, and Diallo covered great for JWP, and is more mobile than both.
