Celtic are my “Scottish” team mainly because I remember sitting in front of the tv as a little kid watching the Lisbon Lions outplaying probably the dirtiest team I had ever seen Inter Milan.

Have to agree though it stopped being a proper league donkeys years ago when only 2 teams ever competed before it became obligatory in Europe for that to be the norm.

The money and clubs are so poor that any club that produces players of any capability get swallowed up for peanuts and chucked in their reserve teams. Its a move they do simply to nullify other teams that may build and threaten them constantly.

They are both massive clubs in Scotland but I do laugh when the conversation of how they would do in a British League comes up. The arguments when I said Championship was Celtics level and League 1 was Rangers. The rest would struggle to get out the conference.

No way if they were made to make their way up the english leagues they would do it in consecutive seasons. Not a chance. However they seem to think they should be allowed to just enter the PL.

If people moan on about religion in football etc with regards our takeover those 2 ****ers are on a whole other level even in this day and age, its bonkers.

Theyre massive clubs globally, Celtic especially. They'd be top 4 regulars if they joined our league, with the coin they'd get

Surely, not as big a joke as the "richest club in football" being dead last with no wins in cup or league this season? Still, be alright when M'Bappe arrives in January, when the goals will start to flow. Or that Serbian fellah at Fulham who's red hot for club and country at the moment. He'd be one to keep...
