Imagine Mitch Starc doing a ChappellEric,
I didn't want the Aussies to peak before the Ashes ............ but you can't hold a good team down.
I was just wondering who we have in the team to do a 'Trevor Chappell' for us if things go down to the wire?
All jokes aside, just hope its a good, fair game.
Would he need sandpaper for that?Imagine Mitch Starc doing a Chappell

We don't use foul language like that anymore. You should go and wash your mouth out with a sticky sweet and then put a shine on the ballWould he need sandpaper for that?

Oh for the love of God, please don't let the Aussies win!!!!
C'om Col,
Surely you can let us snag a small win, surely.

But I think you will.
It's only another year till the next T20 World Cup in Australia. He's said he wants to continue in the role until then and there's no way they are gonna drop him after all he's done for English white ball cricket !It'll be interesting to see what the future holds for Morgan. I suspect he might have stepped down as captain if we'd won this tournament, but having lost he's expressed a wish to carry on. The crucial question is, 'Is he still good enough as a player to command an automatic place'? I suspect not, so probably time for him to go. He should however be offered a senior position in England's management structure.

I expect him to stand down after next year's event, I think he wants to go out on a high. If Stokes, Roy and Archer are all fit then we would be favourites to win it on fast Aussie pitchesI'm not saying they'd sack him, but a quiet word and an offer of a management role might persuade him to stand down. He knows himself that his recent form hasn't been good enough.
