Well that was a disgusting few overs from us. Utterly pathetic bowling, totally lost our heads and execution. We'll played Mitchell and New Zealand gone on and win in now

Mitchell did for NZ what either Buttler or Malan needed to do for England and provided the basis for Neesham to unleash some carnage which he did in the 17th over........

Neesham hit 26 from 10 balls.......

Fair play to them, these are 2 very good sides........

Jordan still has to bowl another over.

Should have gone for a bowler to replace Roy.

Left with no options.
What was wrong with Ali ffs ? Been opening the bowling in every other game. Morgan got that badly wrong and was let down by 2 bowlers bowling absolute junk at the death. Unlike Woakes but Jordan ffs is in there to bowl yorkers at the death, not ****ing half trackers. Terrible

Badly missed Mills at the death.
Too many injuries in the end, with top players missing, as I feared.
Jordan is a fantastic cricketer, but unfortunately he did a Stokes in a big, big over.
Hopefully it will make him stronger, as it did Stokes.
Well done to New Zealand. A thoroughly likable and talented bunch. A bit of sweet revenge for them.
Really hope they win it.

Jordan has done that sort of thing before though so I'm not surprised by him. Rashid was really poor today and that's so unlike Woakes. Have to question the planning in those last few overs, why were they bowling half trackers for them to heave over square leg ffs ? It was utterly clueless, go For the yorkers. If you just miss them still gonna be difficult to hit low full toss for 6 on this ground. Just don't understand what Morgan was telling them to bowl, he'll never say now either .

Ali can't bowl at the death, but another pace option might have made all the difference. Billings didn't even get a bat.

**** it.

Hope they win it now.
Wonder how we would have got on against India………

…..long Winter ahead for England Cricket. I’m hoping to be pleasantly surprised at some stage, but it’s just a hope. This was by far our strongest hand, but T20 is always a lottery…..

Missing players reduced our hand a fair bit.

No but he could've bowled 2 or 3 overs in the middle couldn't he ? That would've been overs that Jordan or Rashid didn't have to bowl. No matter now anyway, it's gone. Just feel that the planning near the end and the execution was poor. Not like Morgan at all
