Nice to think that 606 members has resolved the situation on our own but I agree it wouldn't happen in a month of Sundays.
we could get in a temporary manager, give him a year long contract with option of a further year . NP comes back .................
replaced in part [ if not all ] by CF! RG interview stated we are all sorted on coach's [ although came over as a bit vague to actual job! / position defence/ mid/ attack? ]
Not sure what happened there, we’ve much more potential than Plymouth, I’m sure he’d come if offered the role
Furking Hell we still have a manager-Bristol City say they are wanting Nigel back-If he needs time to recuperate then Bristol City will wait for him-If it is a long illness then a agreement will be reached between the pair.
When 20man pushed him further the answer didn’t make sense, by that point he seemed well out of his depth
yes CISSE had him stumped ... looking back.. You had DH PS KD at the front end Then NP PS KD Then NP KD CF then for a short while NP PS KD CF at the moment CF and well not really sure CISSE was mentioned and the other chappie from not first team squad [ promoted?] HEY maybe there should be no one in charge players get together and anonymously pick the team RG gathers in the votes works out number of votes for each position and pins on the board ....lol ha ha ha
Perhaps it might be a good idea to move Nigel Pearson to a less stressful position, such as director of football, and then ask for his advice on who the next manager should be. Nigel has a lot of connections in football and his new job would allow him and his team to work on a plan to see what's really out there to boost the squad. Many top rate players have come from the strangest of backgrounds but you need to be prepared to look in an organized manner. The managerial candidate(s) should have the background we want and would also have had amicable relations with NP, so no egos get in the way. The decisions made between now and January are critical on many fronts, especially our survival in the Championship, but we need diplomacy, compassion combined with a lot of common sense during the inevitable discussions over the next month or so to enable us to find a firmer footing, along with some badly needed luck.
Straight off with PS and NP's 2 previous absences the club has been on the front foot straight up with whats wrong and what is taking place to keep the ship steady ......... at the mo nothing concrete ... whats to hide ?
MIGHT BE but we do not know what the illness is so can only guess ... what does "long covid" as they call after affects really leave on people............. there is a whole list of people stating since having it they are ...?...?..? ...?.. etc a couple dozen different things maybe. One of the fore runners is lack of energy thus lack of will power and for some a major issue should they wish to be full of beans and striving to suceed in what they do ... failure may cause stress depression and worse .. often in these cases tablets fail to do the job . it needs rest and counselling, which neither is an overnight success it is time .................... that heals and could be month's or longer. Staying away from the source of fuel [ football] for the illness may be / is the answer!
