Is purgatory the second chance?.When Jesus
died he went Underground to preach to the spirits. Purgatory is a way of telling us that we can get away with all evils we did in our life time The teaching is not reasonable.

It's made up mate. It came about in the 12th century.

They gave a length of time such that the rich could be fleeced into donating to reduce their time in there.

Give loads to the church and we will speed your journey stuff

I quite like the idea of reincarnation, certainly the idea proposed by Hinduism. Makes about as much sense as anything else.

Definitely believe in life after death, there is something after this, whether its another go in a different body, or you get the joy of being a cat, doing fick all and getting fed for it, who knows.

Maybe we just see a big game over flash up and wake up somewhere else.

Reincarnation is a belief of many religions not Hindus alone, there are people who believe in so many things passed on to them and they passed on to their own children also. I think law of 'KARMA' does happen believe me or not.

Who said reincarnation was only a Hindu belief?

Death has no respect for anyone, whether you are a king or queen when your time comes you cannot do anything about it. I was a young man when my mum died on the 23 November 1962 As for me, I prefer death to take my dad than my mum . I so much loved ❤ my mum than my dad, my dad lived for many years before he died in 1986. Death is so cruel it always take our loved ones. Anyone going through the death of a relative kindly accept my condolence .

Feel like no one is every going to know, so you can just imagine it to be what ever you want. Be it so that it eases your thoughts for when you go, or for when a loved one goes.

if you believe they live on in some sort of heaven, or are reincarnated etc, no one can prove you wrong so your just as correct as someone who believes nothing happens and your just gone.

A bit like Schrodinger's cat, then!

Given that we keep making new people, it must be getting a bit crowded in Heaven by now.
As for the other place, as fundamentalists keep telling us most of us are headed that way, well it must be Hell down there.
