Funnily enough I was just about to say that, based on length of exclusivity and the fact it was likely done a few days at least before the club announced it

It will be at the bottom end if that scale, it's not ICI, they just have to check there's no skeletons in the closet, the numbers themselves should be fairly straight forward.

There's not going to be any surprises there, they haven't got this far down the line without knowing the situation with the SMC.

That's up to you, but when the prospective owner confirms his interest on Turkish TV then in line with the info passed on here the club announces its in a period of exclusivity, then it's more likely than not the club are in talks regarding a sale is it not?

Of course it isnt done until its done, no ones suggesting it is, but it's the closest we've been since the Yongges deal got binned by the Premier league.
