    Totally agree with this.
    Easy money for the lazy twats.
    Always the manager that is ousted.
    I would love it if for once if clubs sacked a player (without compensation) for underperforming. Never gonna happen but it certainly would open up a can of worms.

    Tottenham are set to pay Nuno Espirito Santo a severance package worth £14m - but a clause in the Portuguese coach's contract would have allowed Spurs to sack him for free at the end of the season if they had failed to finish in the top six of the Premier League.

    He probably thought this lot won't make the top 6 so let's **** it up early to ensure I get my £14m.
    Meanwhile, I've got another weeks work through the agency at minimum wage. Happy days.
