LJ tinkering cost us again. 2-1 down at half time and didn’t look too far out of it and he changes the formation.

I hope we batter them at our place. Smith and Barlaser were more obsessed with our fans than their own team.
 
We seem to have hit our dip already, so that being said, we should at some point soon be on the up. Very early doors, but I think the "out of sight by February" outlook, one I myself shared, may not be the case. We've been tonked a couple of times now. I just hope (I believe we will) we don't start to see dwindling numbers turn up at the SOL, and those that aren't used to watching us go off the boil in leauge one, don't start turning on the team. Few alarm bells? yes, end of the world? no. FTM

As I said I see what you are saying but 4 at Portsmouth, 5 at Rotherham is a very concerning dip in form and needs LJ to be a strong manager to pick everyone up and I do believe he needs to look at game management as we get sussed out too easily. People get frustrated because we are sick of being in this division. It's natural after that type of performance that some people vent off. After 50 years you get used to it but is so bloody frustrating!!

Its fear Markus, fear that we are in danger of throwing it all away, and as has already been said it seems we have no answer to the physicality of this league, or more accurately LJ has non, its a real worry and has been for a while.

I have been thinking along those lines for a while now, Doyle is a fabulous prospect but he is not the man for these type of games certainly not ini a back four with only one defensive midfielder in the team.
Any way I'm off to watch our run chase against the Aussies to take my mind of it.

It gives me no great pleasure to say I was correct. I realise Im probably known on this forum for my negativity. But Im a realist

Having said that all is not lost, Rotherham were better than us but we have not lost much ground

Anyhow winning a cup is far more important and we are stiil in 3
cups....................!<party>:emoticon-0131-angel

I'm not joking, no. I've said nowt but good things about Doyle, he's gonna be really good, but he's a bairn and we just conceded 5 goals to Rotherham! Also, you conveniently didn't highlight the part of my quote that suggested we buy someone else, although I do actually think Wright would be a better option in our next game.

Johnson has been bad since March mate, last season we lost 3 league games away in total and not one by more than 1 goal, put a ball in and these are useless, i have never seen owt as bad as that, unless we win the league cup this season has gone already. Rotherham will be champions and do a Hull, Wigan 2nd and us guess what in the play offs.
