Success in football is measured by how many trophies you've won. He finished 10th and 4th with Hertha before being sacked in September in his 3rd season. He did well at Monchengladbach. Drifting in and out of Europa League places. As I said he's massively overrated. He's no better than a Claude Puel or a Marko Rose or any other flavour of the month manager.
