Wonder why Koeman didn't last at everton?
<whistle>
Because he's ****. Virtually every job he's had was walking into a successful team.
He still managed to **** a load of them up immediately and most of the rest over time.
He followed Trapattoni, Hiddink, van Gaal, Pochettino and Advocaat into manager's seats.
He took over Champions League qualifying sides and brought them to the brink of relegation.
He's bloody awful.

Jose Mourinho is considering a raid on his former club Spurs as he looks to add to his Roma squad.
He's after Joshua Oluwayemi, who's out of contract at the end of the season, apparently.
Roma could sign a pre-contract agreement with him in January, if that's the case.

**** off, Jose. :emoticon-0173-middl

I'm sure he appreciates being loaned out to sit on Maidstone's bench for half of last season...

Defensa Central report that Los Ladrones are trying to negotiate with Levy to lower Reguillon's buyback clause to €30m, rather than the €40m they agreed to

Well, first of all this story is most likely bollocks given that they're currently having to build a pit under the tier list to fit Defense Central into, and when you're lower than Fichajes you know you done ****ed up bad, but secondly can you imagine the carnage that would happen if Los Ladrones actually tried to do that? We'd probably bankrupt the entire nation of Spain

Did we sign Ndombele mainly to prevent another team signing him, or did we sign him because Poch spent a year demanding we sign him?

Hardly comparable situations
This obsession of yours with teams buying players to stop others buying them is hilarious, you genuinely believe clubs spend millions on players (plus wages) who are not good enough to play for them just in case they are good enough to improve another team <laugh>

Somebody posted a list of players City have bought for this very reason (could have been you i didn't take much notice of poster), every player listed became a first team pick for City and became a part of their rise to the top <doh>

Chelsea have made plenty of signings over the years that have certainly given that impression. Players anyone could have told them probably weren't good enough to improve their first team but who were also attracting lots of interest from other sides. Drinkwater, Morata, Bakayoko, Batshuayi, Baba Rahman all spring to mind.
