Think you'll find our attendances actually improved whilst we were in league one. Our following, both home and away, was very good.

If you want to talk about poor attendances, I suggest you look at the 'sky' blue end of the M27.

Oi, dont slag off our friends in Coventry, lovely city, just a shame Adolf didnt complete the job! And dont go off on one about the war, I'm only joking!

stevehertobe = juvenile.

Mods give this one an ice cream, a pat on the head and take him/her home. <ok> Cheers.

My old man was lodging there the night it got flattened and reckons he slept right through it after having driven an aircraft transporter for 24 hours non stop.

well we burst southamptons bubble
then brightons
now derby are in their place
west ham?---we are on the way

And in between bursting all those bubbles you've managed to lose at Birmingham and failed to win away from home. Couldn't see you last time I looked at the top six. I don't think West Ham will be too worried about facing you at their place.

Language. Honestly, the Saints kids on this board are shocking. I should know, I have to live amongst them. If you cant construct a reasonable arguement without resorting to abuse, go away and play with your better hampshire neighbours down the road at Fratton Park.

Interesting to note you choose to live in Southampton.
Is this telling us something about Leicester?

steveherbe: when you grow up and turn into a real person, you'll want to apologise to all those families who lost people in the bombing of Coventry and more people who fought overseas precisely to stop "Adolf finishing off the job". But that's a long way in the future, apparently.

Its a ****hole.

Everyone knows it but that doesn't stop it being my home town and the city I love.

I think you have a more serious problem in front of you rather than crowing (without any justification) about other clubs.
Your new owners may have some cash but they have clearly demonstrated that they have no idea about football.
Keep chopping & changing the manager is a recipe for disaster as us Saints fans know only too well

Hope Gangsta tells you how offended he is by this joke which is bigging up the policies of Hitler. He gets really deeply irritated by this sort of thing, you know.

Don't see why this is racist. People from Coventry and Leicester are the same race - as unlikely as this seems - so clearly not racist.

Because it's a joke that implies Hitler was doing things the right way which is in turn racist. Can't believe you weren't leaping to your keyboard in righteous indignation.

Tenuous at best. Hitler bombed Cov because of the industrial infrastructure, not because he hated the English. Hitler actually wanted the Brits on board with him, I guess if Leeds was the British seat of power, we'd have been right there!
