@Sheikh_of_Araby Will it just be a case of the CAT just giving their verdict? As in they will have had all the evidence and are just relaying their decision?
Or will it be a full on PL argue their side against the Jurisdiction and the CAT listen and then make a call?

I thought it was just a short thing where they decide if there is a case to hear?
I have no idea matey. I hope it’s just a case of the CAT telling the PL to do one and that it’s going ahead.
But I suppose the PL will want to say something.
The implication from that Simon Zekaria was that the jurisdiction hearing itself could be uncomfortable for the PL.

Basically, the overall argument will be highlighted so you'll see what NUFC are directly accusing the PL of and what high level evidence they possess (I think). I don't know why the PL is happy for that to happen, but there ya go.

Some of it will have to come out in the hearing I would imagine. I wonder if they physically have to be there. As in the representatives of each party.

1. Show where I have directly criticised the results when they were going well. Not praising Bruce is not criticism.
2. Ultimately it is Ashley to blame. That, however, doesn’t stop me from also recognising Bruce’s failings.
