Thanks for the link ,not sure I should have wasted my last afternoon in Majorca watching that .
A case of men against boys all over the pitch a team well out of its depth .

I don't want to sound harsh, but this is the best we've played since the opening day and we've still lost 2-0. I think that tells you everything you need to know.

Yup. We played half-decent for the first half against Blackburn too and still comfortably beaten. Teams don't even need to get out of first gear to beat us. Teams can literally turn up, make lazy, sloppy passes for 20-45 minutes then score a couple and that's it. What's the excuse for that then? Because ****ing Blackpool are making themselves hard to beat in this league so far and picking up wins against established Championship teams. Is Blackpool's squad better than ours, in terms of technical ability?

Grant has to go. He's a clueless imbecile and I'm sick of seeing his pudgy, pink face scowling on the touchline with his arms crossed whilst teams run rings around us without breaking a sweat.

Were you of that opinion last season?
Even though he scored a lot last season I don’t think he’s a very good footballer, most the goals he scored were scuffed and somehow trickled under the keeper. He’s definitely not championship standard. Terrible touch and does the same thing over and over again just trying to run through the player he’s taking on. League 1 is clearly his standard of football.

Lose to Blackpool his position will be untenable.
I didn’t go today I couldn’t be arsed I just checked Twitter occasionally as the outcome was inevitable.

His modus operandi is to drop deep to receive the ball with the back to his man then turn and try and bundle the ball past him. I was always under the illusion he was a good dribbler of the ball and quite fast but so far this season he's looked sluggish, his first touch is abysmal, he rarely beats his man and when he does, it always seem 'lucky' in the sense the ball bounces off the opposition player marking him, rather than him cleanly beating his man.

I need to know why the plural of sheep is sheep.

Vowel syncope in the plural form during the transition from Proto-West-Germanic to Old English.

Proto-West-Germanic: singular *skāp - plural *skāpu
>
Old English: singular 'scéap' - plural 'scéap'

The /u/ in the plural form was lost around the 5th century when Proto-West-Germanic evolved into Old English, Old Frisian, Old High German, Old Saxon, Old Dutch etc.

Unfortunately poor recruitment signing players not tested in the championship and not improving the side for this level. May has well get rid of the manager just to bring in a few different ideas however the squad is simply not good enough. All the hard work from last season is been ruined, Another game another defeat. Not an ideal position to be in if and it’s a big if we are after selling the club.
