Now now tobes, we just did some squad changing. We hardly spent any money please log in to view this image
Areola, Zouma, Vlasic & Kral + a couple of kids, kept Rice (who has been going to Chelsea for 6 windows now). I'm fairly happy with that, a striker would've been nice but as our best strikers have all been converted wingers since Ashton, I'm not that bothered. Moyes looks to have muzzled Sullivan, which is a huge bonus. please log in to view this image
Everton have been up there with the biggest spenders for a good few seasons, now. Surely they can't point the fingers at other clubs just because they've had to suddenly get their own spending in order?
4th on the list, our fans will have to ignore that to keep up the 'GSB never spend' rhetoric they're so fond of.
Give over mate I'll give you defoeand Welbeck wasn't bad but the rest are all ****e or were by the time you got them
Lol Shearer was crap along with Bellamy malcolm Mcdonald, saha, asprilla, Ferdinand, beardsley, kluivert, ba, just to name a few. If you can give me a better list from Everton or Sunderland I'll go further mate. If there's an area we've had good players it's up top
Saha for Newcastle?! On loan, played 11 games, scoring once! He scored four for us and he was only at Spurs for about ten minutes. Also played for Sunderland for a similar spell and failed to score at all. Drop him from both lists.
If you’re harping back to Malcolm McDonald then you can expect Everton fans to pull some corkers out as well.
That's an interesting one I don't know I suspect he's going to slow down over the rest of his career though just like big Al Shearer adjusted his game when his legs went and still managed to keep it up. Shearer had two leg breaks in his career too and his goals in the 1st division before the prem replaced it aren't in the count
