You really did, Pogba hits the ball with his heal as Neves kicks through it (which is why the ball stays low) and his foot follows through to hit Pogbas sole. If you have the next 5-10 seconds of video you will see Neves chase the ball, realise it's going straight to Varane and look over his shoulder at the ref before being shot by a sniper

I saw Pogba’s foot brush the top of the ball before smashing into Neves shin. Even under new interpretations that is a serious foul
So he got the ball at the same time as Neves and Neves kicked through into his foot, who has fouled who there?
