Id say most players around the 50m mark should already be of very good standard anyway. So theres no risk at all is there. Not for pep and city. Its just another 50m they can pull out of thin air.
And obviously every player who even breaths the same air as pep improves 10fold init

If we were real sneaky, then in order to change the narrative that we are a "billionaire's plaything" we would bitch and moan that we are not, send death threats to all those who didnt agree and threaten all forms of media to do a 180 on the narrative until they say exactly what we want them to say.
